Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 h3About the Role /h3 pThe Indirect Procurement Sourcing Manager – Business Goods Services is responsible for indirect procurement activities across selected Business Goods Services subcategories, primarily in Europe and, when required, across the Americas. /p pThe role drives sourcing initiatives, supplier management, negotiations and value creation across areas such as consulting, professional services, contingent workforce, financial services, subscriptions and other business services. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as Procurement Business Partner for key stakeholders. /li liLead sourcing projects and supplier selection activities. /li liDevelop and execute sourcing strategies. /li liNegotiate commercial and contractual agreements. /li liManage supplier relationships and performance. /li liIdentify cost optimisation and continuous improvement opportunities.



/li liSupport cross-regional initiatives across Europe and the Americas. /li liEnsure compliance with Procurement policies and processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience Required /h3 pEducation, Master, other certification: /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree. /li /ul pExperience (years): /p ul li4+ years of relevant experience. /li liExperience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing. /li liExperience managing service-based subcategories in an international environment. /li /ul pTechnical Skills: /p ul liExperience in strategic sourcing and indirect procurement across service-based subcategories. /li liSupplier management and commercial and contractual negotiation skills. /li liStrong analytical skills. /li liData visualisation knowledge, including Excel and Power BI. /li liExperience with SAP and Archlet. /li liAbility to identify cost optimisation and continuous improvement opportunities. /li /ul pLanguages Skills: /p ul liFrench and/or Spanish are considered a plus. /li /ul pSoft/Behavioral Skills: /p ul liStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills. /li liStrong negotiation and commercial acumen. /li liStrategic and analytical thinking. /li liAbility to lead complex sourcing initiatives independently. /li liProactive and results-oriented mindset. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills. /li /ul p#LI-LV1 /p pbType of work: /b Hybrid /p pbType of contract:
