Overview

In this role you drive the development and industrialization of New Product Developments, focusing on steam turbine competitiveness and energy-transition-related products. You coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and service to meet milestones, budgets, and customer expectations. You manage testing, validation, and market introduction while reporting progress to senior leadership. This position offers a chance to shape innovative energy solutions within a global team.

Responsabilità

- Apply program management best practices and develop a plan with milestones, resources, and budget




- Deliver results aligned with customer specs and guide products from concept to industrialized production
- Oversee verification and validation testing and market introduction
- Coordinate with stakeholders and report progress to Senior Leadership with Finance and Operations support

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years in O&G; sector on programs/project execution
- Experience with New Product Development processes, Lean principles, and management methodologies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and team-building abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian
- EU work permit
