Overview

As a Senior Quality Engineer at Honeywell Technologies, you will drive the ISO 9001 QMS strategy for projects and services across global sites. You will ensure certification readiness, maintain controlled documentation, and lead audits, root cause analysis, and CAPA for continuous improvement. The role combines cross-functional collaboration with regional teams to embed quality into project execution. Responsabilità

- Support ISO 9001 certification planning and audits across multiple sites
- Maintain QMS governance and document control to keep systems compliant and current
- Plan and conduct internal audits; support external audits and address findings
- Lead RCA, CAPA, containment, and effectiveness verification
- Embed quality requirements into project execution and service delivery
- Monitor QMS metrics, risk,



and regulatory/compliance status; escalate barriers
- Drive continuous improvement and share lessons across regions and functions
- Collaborate with Quality, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to close quality actions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, Business, or related discipline
- 5+ years in quality engineering, quality systems, or related roles
- Experience implementing or maintaining an ISO 9001-certified QMS with documentation control and audit readiness
- Hands-on internal audits and support for external audits
- Proven RCA, CAPA, and nonconformity closure abilities
- Experience in a project-based and services business with understanding of project lifecycle and customer-facing quality risks
- Strong written communication, facilitation, analytical, project coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
