Overview

In this role you’ll drive sales in Italy for a UK manufacturing group focused on returnable packaging. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop new business, expand distributors, and explore product opportunities with the innovation team. Frequent UK travel supports a broader Southern Europe footprint. This is a growth-focused, autonomous sales position in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilità

- Develop sales across Italy
- Generate new business in key sectors (retail, automotive, manufacturing)
- Drive business via customer outreach, lead generation, and B2B calls
- Support and expand the distributor network
- Identify product opportunities and progress ideas into trials with the innovation team

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2+ years selling products
- Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
- Ability to quickly understand customer problems and propose solutions
- Autonomous and largely unsupervised work style
- Flexible, reliable, eager to learn
- Willingness to travel to the UK frequently
