THE ROLE

We are looking for an SAP Supply Chain Process Lead to join our IT function and play a key role in the evolution and harmonization of the Group's Supply Chain processes.

Reporting to the relevant IT management, the successful candidate will act as the functional reference for Supply Chain and Operations processes, working closely with stakeholders across manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics and warehousing, as well as internal IT teams and external technology partners.

The role will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, ensuring process integration, standardization and continuous improvement across the Group's international operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of end-to-end Supply Chain processes within SAP, covering demand and production planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics and intercompany flows.
- Analyse business needs and operational requirements, translating them into process designs, functional specifications and sustainable system solutions aligned with Group standards.
- Lead Supply Chain workstreams within SAP transformation projects, managing the relevant phases from fit-gap analysis and functional design through system integration, data readiness, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
- Drive process harmonization and standardization across manufacturing sites,



warehouses, commercial subsidiaries and After Sales operations, promoting consistency and operational efficiency.
- Ensure effective integration between Supply Chain processes and the relevant SAP functional areas, coordinating cross-functional requirements and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and optimize planning reliability, material availability, inventory visibility, master-data quality and process automation.
- Coordinate external SAP consultants and implementation partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, project milestones, deliverables and issue resolution.
- Provide functional support to key users, facilitate knowledge sharing and training activities, and ensure the maintenance of process documentation and functional specifications.
- Monitor process performance and contribute to the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3–6 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain projects, functional consulting or business process management, gained within consulting firms or structured manufacturing organizations.
- Hands-on knowledge of at least two core SAP Supply Chain areas, including SAP PP, MM, MRP, inventory management, warehouse management, logistics or production planning.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end industrial Supply Chain processes, including demand and production planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing,



logistics and intercompany flows.
- Experience in business requirements analysis, fit-gap assessment, functional design and the coordination of system implementation activities.
- Previous involvement in SAP project delivery, including testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-implementation support.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with other functional areas is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external implementation partners in an international environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a pragmatic, proactive and delivery-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different business functions.
- Fluent Italian and good professional command of English.
- A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Information Technology or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

- Compensation: Gross annual salary between €45,000 and €55,000, depending on experience and competencies, plus a project-based incentive.
