BasicNet SpA is seeking a CRM Campaign Support to assist the E-Commerce team in planning, executing and monitoring CRM campaigns across brands such as Kappa, Sundek, Sebago, Superga, Briko. The role collaborates with Marketing, Retail, Creative and local teams.
You will support calendar management, audience selection, content uploads, testing and deployment, plus maintenance of customer segments and automated journeys. Fluency in English and 1 year CRM exposure are preferred.
