To strengthen our commercial structure and expand our presence in international markets, we are seeking a senior sales professional with solid industry experience.

The Role

Reporting directly to Executive Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for business development, managing international sales channels, and coordinating the sales team, operating with a strong focus on results (revenue, profitability, and new customer acquisition).

Key Responsibilities:

- International Market & OEM Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand international markets, and manage relationships with key OEM accounts.
- Sales Network Management: Coordinate and support inside sales teams, local sales agents, and foreign distributors.
- Planning & Control: Monitor order backlog, revenue, and sales margins, defining strategies to achieve target objectives.
- Travel: Maintain a active presence in key markets through regular business trips and commercial meetings abroad.

Requirements

- Experience: At least 8–10 years of commercial experience within the electric motors, drives,



or industrial electromechanics sectors.
- Channel Management: Proven track record in directly managing inside sales representatives, agency networks, and international distributors.
- Language Skills: Business-fluent English proficiency. Knowledge of a second foreign language is a strong plus.
- Mindset: Strong analytical approach to sales data, profitability (margins), customer acquisition, and rigorous backlog management.
- Location & Availability: On-site presence at our headquarters in Gussago (BS), Italy, and willingness to travel regularly abroad.

What We Will Evaluate During the Selection Process

Specifically, during the interview phase, primary consideration will be given to concrete achievements in recent roles:

- Type and number of new international markets opened.
- Size and structure of managed sales teams or networks.
- Level of sales margin and profitability delivered.

Compensation

Gross Annual Salary: €50,000 – €60,000 (commensurate with actual candidate experience).
