Context For one of our clients, an engineering organisation delivering technical solutions for onshore and offshore wind projects, we are looking for a Junior Structural Engineer to join their multidisciplinary engineering team in Milan. You will carry out the structural analysis, design and verification of reinforced concrete structures and help prepare the technical documentation that demonstrates compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.

What you will do

- Support the analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures
- Carry out structural verifications and the sizing of reinforced concrete elements
- Prepare, update and review structural calculations, drawings and design notes
- Support the assessment and development of design solutions
- Check designs for compliance with applicable codes and technical standards
- Collaborate with the other engineering disciplines and help resolve technical issues during the design phases
- Take part in technical reviews and keep design deliverables up to date and consistent




- Maintain clear traceability of assumptions, inputs and design decisions

What you bring

- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent
- 1-2 years of professional experience in structural engineering
- Knowledge of the principles of analysis, design and verification of reinforced concrete structures
- Working knowledge of Eurocode 2 and the Italian NTC
- Hands-on experience with structural analysis software (FEM)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design deliverables
- Analytical mindset, precision and attention to detail
- Fluent Italian and very good command of English
