Overview

As IS Lead Architect for ELDS, you shape end-to-end architecture to support transformation programs and reduce complexity. You provide hands-on architectural guidance while balancing long-term direction with delivery needs. You will ensure secure, scalable, and integrated solutions aligned with enterprise standards and drive modernization across the application and technology landscape.

This role combines leadership, technical depth, and stakeholder collaboration to enable impactful, scalable outcomes.

Responsabilità

Translate strategy into target architectures and executable roadmaps

Provide hands-on architectural guidance to transformation programs and delivery teams

Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, integrated, and maintainable

Identify dependencies, constraints, risks, and realistic transition steps

Guide modernization, including consolidation, replacement, and retirement decisions

Balance long-term direction with delivery speed, value, cost, risk, and operations

Facilitate architecture decisions with business leaders and technology partners

Support adoption of cloud, data, AI, automation, and modern application technologies Requisiti fondamentali





Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field

Strong experience in enterprise, domain, or solution architecture in a complex global organization

Proven ability to define target architectures, transition architectures, and multi-year roadmaps

Broad understanding of application, data, integration, cloud, cybersecurity, and technology lifecycle architecture

Practical experience supporting large transformation programs and multi-domain solution landscapes

Knowledge of Azure, APIs, event-driven integration, containers, Dev Sec Ops, and observability

Experience with ERP, CRM, CPQ, MES, Saa S, data, and integration platforms

Strong business orientation, stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills

Fluent English;

experience in industrial/manufacturing/electrification environments is advantageous Stakeholder management
