Role Description We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Client Operations Coordinator Intern to join our team and help scale our rental operations. You’ll manage day-to-day rental cases, coordinate landlords and tenants in Italian and English, handle client requests, organise property visits, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also help us automate workflows, improve internal processes, and build a smarter, more efficient way to manage property rentals.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand people's needs and communicate clearly and confidently.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- A people-oriented mindset, with empathy, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and productivity software.
- Interest in technology, AI, automation, and real estate.
- Currently studying or graduated in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
- Availability for at least 4 hours per day, preferably in the afternoon and late afternoon (Italian time).
