Role: IT Business Partner | Digital Transformation, Enabling Processes, Finance & Controlling, HR, Legal, Communications, Sustainability, ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Analytics, Automation, AI – FMCG & Manufacturing Leader | Emilia-Romagna region, Italy | Up to €100K salary and competitive package

We are currently working with a Global FMCG & Manufacturing business who are currently looking for an IT Business Partner to lead the strategic partnership between its Digital Transformation & Technologies function and Business functions globally.

Working closely with senior leaders across Finance, Controlling, HR, Legal, Communications and Sustainability, you will translate business priorities into an integrated Digital & Data roadmap. You will shape investment decisions, drive process transformation and ensure Technology solutions are adopted effectively, delivering measurable business value.

The IT Business Partner will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining an integrated, multi-year roadmap focussed on requirements, and Technology and Business needs.
- Shaping the Digital solution and application portfolio, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data governance and Integration standards.
- Driving standardisation across corporate functions, identifying opportunities for shared platforms, common data and end-to-end process improvements.
- Co-leading Business Change and Adoption, including communications, readiness, Training and the sustained use of new systems and ways of working.
- Identifying opportunities across Analytics, Automation, AI and Employee Experience, tracking outcomes against productivity, quality, compliance, adoption and business performance.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinating international teams across Architecture, Data, Applications, Integration, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity,



Delivery and support to execute the roadmap.

The IT & Digital Business Partner will ideally have the following experience:
- Extensive Leadership experience in Digital, Technology, Transformation or IT Business Partnering within Enterprise-scale, International organisations, preferably in CPG, FMCG or Manufacturing but not essential.
- A broad understanding of enabling functions, including Finance & Controlling, HR, Legal, Communications, and Sustainability. Deep expertise in every function is not required, but the ability to connect processes, Data, Technology, risk and business value is essential.
- Experience shaping and delivering multi-year Technology and Digital roadmaps, including large-scale Transformation programmes across Product, Agile and Project delivery approaches.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise platforms supporting corporate functions, including ERP, Finance, HR, Planning, Analytics, Workflow, Content and Collaboration solutions.
- An understanding of SAP S/4HANA-enabled transformation and the relationships between the digital core, master data, reporting, controls and surrounding applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge senior leaders.
- Experience leading and coaching international teams, building cross-functional collaboration and combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery.
- Fluent business English; French and/or Italian language skills would be advantageous.
