Description and requirements

We are looking for an Implementation and Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality on‑site implementations, ensuring customer readiness, and enabling users to adopt our digital solutions effectively. Below you can find the main activities you will be responsible for:

- Lead the on-site implementation of TPM solution contracts

- Conduct kick-off meetings to define a tailored implementation setup

- Deliver high-quality training to relevant customer stakeholders

- Drive impactful user enablement to ensure adoption and self-service

- Ensure customer readiness and satisfaction throughout the implementation

- Execute standardized on-site care services

- Create leads for targeted up- and cross-selling

Requirements

- Good knowledge of the English language

- Strong digital mindset and customer‑consulting orientation

- Valid driving license

- Nice to have
- Degree in Economics or Computer Science

- Previous experience in customer-facing or technical roles
