We are looking for a Group Business Controller Intern to join our Group F&A; Team based in Milan. As a Business Controller Intern, you'll support the monitoring and analysis of business performance across the Group, working closely with colleagues from different functions and Business Units to deliver accurate, timely reporting and actionable insights to support decision-making. Prepare and distribute the daily sales report, tracking performance against targets and prior periods across Business Units

- Support monthly and periodic management reporting, helping ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data
- Support the preparation of analyses tracking business performance across business units, product lines, brands and geographies
- Support the team in implementing AI solutions to enhance reporting and controlling processes
- Assist in preparing business presentations for the Board. You will report directly to our Group Business Controlling Senior Manager. The role doesn't include direct reports.



Bachelor or master's degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Technical skills: you have a good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint), strong analytical skills and familiarity with AI tools
- Local Language: Perfectly fluent in Italian and English
