About the Role
Jetex is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of its VIP Lounge in Milan, Italy.
The role is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to VIP and high-profile guests while ensuring smooth hospitality operations and maintaining Jetex's luxury service standards.
The Front of House Manager will lead the hospitality team, oversee guest relations, and coordinate with operational departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, five-star hospitality, VIP lounges, or premium guest services is preferred.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
