Interface with the engineering departments of customers and suppliers. Performs a variety of product, technical and engineering functions including but not limited to: pre/post-sales support, research, design and development. Understand customer needs, products, technologies, and market trends.

Support customers with technical advice and solution recommendations.

Work closely with engineering, production, suppliers, and sales teams to solve design challenges.

Promote supplier products and drive design wins, sales growth, and customer adoption.

Deliver product and application training to customers and internal sales teams.

Track key projects and opportunities from concept through production.

Create technical presentations and become a trusted advisor to customers.





Manage projects and product implementations from start to finish.

Stay up to date with industry trends, product lifecycles, and technical certifications.
