Overview In this role you will drive the digital and physical store strategy to grow Haier's direct-to-consumer business in Europe. You will own online channel P& L, coordinate with HQ and product lines, and optimize the customer journey to boost performance across channels. You'll collaborate across teams to implement new tech developments, manage key channel partners, and lead an ecommerce operations team.

Define and execute the online channel strategy with full P&L; responsibility and promotional calendar

Drive media investment priorities and identify new growth levers

Collaborate with Product Lines on online assortment evolution

Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable decisions (conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, CAC, traffic)

Act as HQ reference for new technical developments and escalation management

Manage relationships with channel partners and vendors (logistics, shipping, technology)

Lead and develop the resource responsible for e-commerce operations

Oversee commercial performance of the physical store and define the promotional plan

Oversee in-store customer experience and brand-aligned service standards





Oversee stock flows and inventory management

Manage store P&L; and coordinate store team to address operational issues Requisiti fondamentali

5–6 years in digital/e-commerce, with 2–3 years in a D2 C-responsible role

Proven P&L; management of an e-commerce channel with measurable growth

Experience with digital retailer and/or marketplace channels is a plus

Experience in retail/commercial environments (even indirect)

Strong UX/UI understanding, customer journey, and digital funnel dynamics

Broad knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, performance marketing, CRM, email, automation)

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms; Shopify knowledge is a plus

Strong analytics with Google Analytics or equivalent

Experience in social commerce (Instagram, Tik Tok Shop)

Knowledge of retail KPIs and dynamics Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including with international/HQ teams

Ability to read local market trends and consumer behavior

Customer experience orientation with a lead-by-example management style

UX/UI and customer journey optimization

Digital funnel optimization
