Offer Description

- Maintenance, culture and establishment of mouse embryonic and extraembryonic stem cell lines;
- Generation of murine 3D embryo-like structures using mouse embryonic and extraembryonic stem cell lines;
- Characterization of murine 3D embryo-like structures by morphology, immunofluorescence and techniques for the analysis of gene expression;
- Development of a labelled transgenic mouse line with embryonic and extraembryonic cell lineages reporters, that will be compared to mouse embryo-like structures.
