Overview

In this role you will own and advance Campari's End User Computing landscape, ensuring a scalable, secure and modern endpoint service. You will lead global service ownership, aligning with the EUC target architecture while guiding partners and implementing automation across Windows, macOS and mobile platforms. You'll drive zero-touch provisioning and automation initiatives using Intune, Autopilot, Cloud PC and AVD to deliver reliable user experiences. This is a hands-on yet strategic role that shapes how end-user devices support the company's digital workplace ambitions.

Responsabilità

- Own endpoint services globally: standards, roadmap, and performance against SLAs
- Plan device and OS lifecycle including refresh cycles and legacy retirement
- Manage patch quality gate with application owners' sign-off
- Lead incident and problem management; transition new services into operation
- Direct managed service and packaging partners; oversee supplier performance
- Own Microsoft Intune configuration, policy estate and Windows LAPS; build and validate configurations
- Oversee end-to-end Windows Autopilot provisioning and zero-touch standards
- Maintain patch and compliance across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android; manage Intune updates
- Translate EUC designs into build requirements; lead Cloud PC and AVD rollout




- Own application packaging/deployment via Intune and Juriba; maintain catalogue
- Drive automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; implement Intune config as code
- Develop self-healing fixes and measure impact on incidents
- Enforce endpoint security baselines and Defender/BitLocker/Passwordless strategies
- Collaborate with Identity on Conditional Access and device compliance
- Build strong local IT partnerships; communicate roadmaps and changes; manage exceptions
- Review requests against standards, security, cost and capacity; document risk-based alternatives

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7+ years in End User Computing, including 3+ years in a service owner or supplier-facing role in a multinational
- Proven management of outsourced suppliers against SLAs/KPIs; ITIL principles; ServiceNow or similar
- Design and operation of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and Windows 11 at scale; Cloud PC/AVD experience
- Proficient in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for automation
- Strong Win32 packaging and Intune deployment knowledge
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint and BitLocker
- Fluent English both written and spoken
