Overview

In this role you will lead planning and monitoring of complex EPCI projects to optimize performance and milestones. You will collaborate with Project Managers and teams to resolve scheduling issues and keep plans aligned with milestones. You will develop and track schedules, dashboards, and KPIs, and provide timely updates on risks and deviations. A key focus is delivering accurate forecasts and proactive project reporting to support management decisions. This role offers hands-on experience in multi-disciplinary, fast-paced project environments with international travel.

Responsabilità

- Develop estimates and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Calculate and monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting parameters
- Collaborate with Project Managers to identify and resolve planning and scheduling issues
- Monitor, control, consolidate, and provide feedback on project plans and schedules
- Support the PM team with project reports, analyses, forecasts, and management updates
- Track progress, identify critical activities,



and compare forecasts to progress-to-date
- Inform management about project status, risks, issues, and deviations from the baseline schedule
- Define, prepare, and monitor monthly KPIs, dashboards, and project reporting
- Coordinate multiple workstreams to align with milestones and objectives

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2 to 5 years in Project Controls with a focus on planning and schedule development in EPCI
- Experience in construction and/or Oil & Gas is a plus
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
- Working knowledge of EVMS
- Experience producing planning reports, dashboards, KPIs, and forecasts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to plan and monitor multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proactive, resourceful, hands-on approach with initiative
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
- Domestic and international travel availability about 20–30%
