Overview

In this role you will support public sector SAP deployments focused on revenue processes, from invoicing to collections. You'll work within the Enterprise Platform Team to implement SAP FI-AR and SD and help integrate with related systems, driving process improvements and governance. You will engage with clients to capture requirements, design to-be processes, and ensure successful go-live and stabilization. The role offers a path to specialise in revenue management in SAP and exposure to international projects.

Responsabilità

- Lead requirements gathering workshops for the revenue cycle with client key users and IT contacts
- Design the to-be model for revenue processes from invoicing to collection, aligned with FI logic and regulatory constraints
- Configure SAP FI-AR and SD, focusing on outbound invoicing and integrations with PSM-FM
- Define integrations with external systems for electronic invoicing, pagoPA and SIOPE+




- Prepare functional documentation and specifications for developments
- Plan and execute tests, overseeing cutover, go-live and stabilization post go-live
- Manage data migration for customer master data and open items with related reconciliations
- Collaborate with the technical team and project manager to deliver on project milestones

Requisiti fondamentali

- Solid SAP consulting experience on implementation projects with focus on the revenue cycle
- In-depth FI-AR knowledge from customer master to payments and open item reconciliation
- Experience with SAP SD, especially billing and FI integration
- Ability to independently manage activities and deliverables interfacing with key users and project managers
- Nice-to-have knowledge of public sector accounting, revenue cycle and harmonisation rules
- Nice-to-have experience with SAP PSM or FI-CA and integrations with pagoPA and SIOPE+
