Overview

In this role you serve as the local interface between customers, project managers, suppliers, fabricators, and execution teams to ensure smooth project coordination and a strong customer experience. You blend technical know-how with stakeholder engagement to support successful delivery and project execution. You act as the local extension of the Global Hub Project Manager, driving cross-functional collaboration and problem resolution in a dynamic industrial setting.

Responsabilità

- Act as the primary local contact for customers during project execution
- Support Project Managers in translating customer technical requirements into actionable tasks
- Participate in customer meetings, progress reviews, and project discussions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to address concerns proactively
- Coordinate communication among customers, suppliers, fabricators, system integrators, and project teams
- Support change order management, technical clarifications, and project follow-up activities
- Review supplier and subcontractor scope alignment with project specifications




- Monitor supplier and fabrication progress and provide execution updates to stakeholders
- Support inspections, FAT, and customer witness activities
- Act as the local extension of the Global Hub Project Manager and execution team

Requisiti fondamentali

- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- 2–3 years of experience coordinating technical projects, customers, suppliers, or contractors
- Understanding of industrial systems, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, or process engineering
- Ability to discuss technical requirements with customers and translate them into concrete actions
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Basic understanding of commercial and project execution processes
- Professional proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel ~40% of the time
