Overview

In this role you drive regional Operational Excellence for Europe, leading productivity, Lean Six Sigma, and digital deployment across 9 sites. You manage the project portfolio, ensuring high-impact initiatives are prioritized and properly resourced, while validating financial impact with controllers. You'll develop a network of productivity champions and oversee regional training programs, partnering with HR to support employee development. You lead cross-functional change projects and Kaizen events, fostering a safety-focused, high-performance culture.

Responsabilità

- Lead Productivity project pipeline for Europe and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Develop regional Productivity champions to improve ownership and replication of initiatives
- Oversee and drive Operational Excellence training (Lean Six Sigma and Digital) in the region
- Coordinate productivity projects to achieve company and business objectives with cost improvements
- Lead high-impact major change projects and ensure regional team collaboration
- Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to support plant teams




- Role model safety commitment in line with Linde standards
- Collaborate with Operations Director and Plant Managers to align regional goals

Requisiti fondamentali

- Operational/Manufacturing experience with strong technical foundation in Engineering or Materials Science
- Experience in Productivity management; preferably in regulated industries (e.g., aviation manufacturing)
- Demonstrated experience in leading Productivity improvement projects, Lean/Six Sigma beneficial
- Strong analytical skills: process mapping, data analysis, root cause analysis
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work
- Track record of operational success and progression into broader responsibilities
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally up to 50%
