Overview In this role you drive regional Operational Excellence for Europe, leading productivity, Lean Six Sigma, and digital deployment across 9 sites. You manage the project portfolio, ensuring high-impact initiatives are prioritized and properly resourced, while validating financial impact with controllers. You’ll develop a network of productivity champions and oversee regional training programs, partnering with HR to support employee development. You lead cross-functional change projects and Kaizen events, fostering a safety-focused, high-performance culture. Retribuzione / Benefits
