Overview As Health & Safety Manager, you will lead HSE activities at the plant to ensure a safe, compliant environment. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance and HR to embed safety into daily operations and coordinate health surveillance and environmental duties. You will drive the HSE system (ISO 45001) and foster a strong safety culture through training and engagement. * Lead root-cause investigations of accidents and near-misses
* Monitor safety KPIs and drive improvement opportunities
* Coordinate emergency preparedness and health surveillance
* Oversee on-site medical room and Occupational Physician relations




* Coordinate Environmental activities to maintain ISO 14001
* Promote safety culture through training and engagement
* Manage contractors and external safety compliance on site
* Liaise with authorities and HSE stakeholders as needed
* Support managers and employees on HSE topics and continuous improvement Requisiti fondamentali
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, Environmental disciplines or equivalent
* Experience in an HSE role in manufacturing or mechanical environment
* Strong knowledge of Italian Health & Safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008)
* Good knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
* Experience in risk assessment, inspections, audits and incident investigations
* Knowledge of health surveillance processes
* Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders
* Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, pragmatic, hands-on approach with production teams
* Fluent Italian and good English (written and spoken)
