Overview In this role, you act as the operational anchor for a defined stream within Roche's Monza Supply Chain. You’ll steer daily workload, ensure SOP adherence, and remove bottlenecks to deliver reliable service. You’ll contribute to process evolution through continuous improvement and collaboration with local, regional, and global teams. * Operational Flow & Capacity Steering: balance daily workload, ensure SOP compliance, monitor system health, and meet service targets
* Complex Escalation Handling: serve as primary escalation point for complex process exceptions and root-cause analysis

* University degree in relevant field with 5+ years of coordination experience in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, or Logistics
* Experience leading projects and steering workflows
* SAP experience and data literacy for capacity management and performance tracking
* Full professional working proficiency in Italian and English
* Proven ability to lead by influence and solve complex dependencies under pressure
