Offer Description

The research project aims to develop the Circular Business Lab: Business Transformation within the framework of the European FOODWISE project, with the objective of analysing and promoting the transformation of business models in the food sector according to the principles of the circular economy, strategic innovation, and digital transition.



The activities include the scientific coordination of the research, the collection and analysis of data and scientific sources, the design of research methodologies and tools, the development of theoretical models and frameworks for the digital and circular transformation of businesses, as well as the design and facilitation of transnational Living Labs to foster co-creation, knowledge transfer, and the development of innovative solutions among project partners and stakeholders across the agri-food value chain.
