Role and ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate testing and validation activities across software, hardware, system, field and certification testing functions. /ppManage and develop testing teams while fostering collaboration across different testing disciplines.



/ppSupport the planning and execution of validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle. /ppEnsure products are validated effectively and released within agreed project timelines. /ppEvaluate and improve testing facilities, equipment, tools and overall testing capabilities. /ppCollaborate closely with RD, Software, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management and Regulatory stakeholders. /ppDrive organisational improvements and support the integration of separate testing functions into one coordinated structure. /ppManage external testing partners and laboratories when specialised validation support is required. /ppSkills and QualificationsMust-HavesPrevious experience leading a testing, validation or quality-related organisation or department. /ppPeople leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop technical teams. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, validation processes and continuous improvement practices. /ppExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience driving process improvements and implementing structured ways of working. /ppEnglish language skills at B2 level or higher. /ppNice-to-HavesExperience in automotive, industrial manufacturing, hydraulics,
