Our Client, a global diagnostics group, seeks a Corporate Total Rewards Manager to shape and consolidate the group's global reward framework. You will design policies, governance and processes across functions and countries, aligning with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Senior Director, you will lead a Centre of Excellence and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and business leaders to move towards a market-competitive, performance-oriented model.
