Job Description
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Finance & accounting specialist to support our rapid growth on the Italian market. Reporting to the Finance & Administrative Manager, you will support accounting operations, financial reporting, and controlling activities, contributing to the company’s financial accuracy and strategic decision-making.





Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting/treasury/controlling activitiesAssist in the preparation of annual financial statementsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMonitor financial performance and prepare internal reportsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with external auditors and advisorsImprove and streamline financial processes and controlsPreferred ExperienceBachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2–5 years of experience in accounting or controlling roles preferably in companies operating in the renewable energy sectorStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingProficiency in Excel and accounting software (ERP systems are a plus) familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
