Overview

In this role you drive investment deals with a network of investors and help grow the Italian market and Ticino. You will work in a newly formed Milan team, collaborating across sales, structuration, and client service to build long-term relationships. You’ll craft pitches, support financial analysis, and contribute to a high-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an opportunity to shape client solutions at the intersection of finance and technology.

Responsabilità

- Propose and sell investment deals to a network of investors
- Developing & maintaining target client lists
- Proactively servicing clients to resolve inquiries
- Provide support to the sales and structuration teams
- Participate in sales meetings
- Develop pitches and information memoranda
- Understand financial analysis and modelling

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor (or higher) with excellent academic record




- Minimum 4 years of experience in a sell-side role (investment banking, asset management)
- Strong financial knowledge and interest in global financial markets, private equity, investment solutions, and/or fund distribution
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills and well-established network
- Ability to originate new client relationships with a strategic, long-term view
- Strong interest in tech, blockchain, crypto topics
- Flexible, polyvalent profile able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Fluent in Italian and English; French beneficial
