In this key role, you will drive the financial heartbeat of our company. Your work will play a critical part in shaping strategic decisions, securing high-value investments, and supporting the growth of an ambitious and fast-evolving company in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain financial models for project acquisitions, financings and M&A; activities
* Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions and financings
* Prepare market reports, investment memorandums, and project teasers.
* Assist with the origination, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions.
* Analyze investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses, and assess tax and regulatory implications.
* Conduct research,



perform statistical analyses and ccollaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
* 5+ years of working experience
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities
* Experience in Project Finance and/or M&A;
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritize tasks
* Experience with a Big Four firm is a plus
