Overview As a Partner Relations Manager at Glovo, you will build and grow relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to boost their success. You will leverage data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and impact. You will own the onboarding process and help drive revenue through promotions and menu optimization. This is a hands-on, cross-team role that shapes partner performance and profitability at scale. * Analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability for partners and Glovo
* Drive revenue growth via promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
* Take ownership of partner revenue performance and measurable growth
* Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to develop customized solutions
* Oversee partner onboarding in the app from store setup to early days on Glovo (ops, marketing, sales) Requisiti fondamentali
* 2-3 years in high-performance account/sales management or business consultancy
* Experience in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery preferred
* Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields is a plus
* Proven track record of exceeding KPIs
* Problem solver with data-driven, analytical approach
* Highly organized, proactive with strong time management and prioritization
* Proficient with Google Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus
* Native Italian; proficient in English
