Randstad Digital, a specialized division for IT profiles of Randstad Italia, is searching for a DevOps / Cloud Engineer on behalf of a prestigious multinational product company in the Energy & Oil/Gas sector.

Salary: Up to €50,000 gross/year .
Premio: Performance-based annual variable bonus (€5,000 – €6,000).

da 3 a 5 anni Mandatory Requirements:
Experience: Around 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Platform Engineer roles.
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM disciplines.
Languages: Good professional working proficiency in English, suitable for international collaboration and technical documentation.

Technical Competencies:

API Design & Integration: Proven experience in designing, consuming, and automating REST APIs and managing service-to-service communication
Container Orchestration: Deep operational knowledge of Kubernetes multi-tenant architectures, namespaces isolation, and workload reliability.
GitOps & Delivery:



Preferred experience with ArgoCD and Helm for modular application deployments.
CI/CD & Security: Hands-on automation with GitLab CI, Docker, and vulnerability scanning tools such as Trivy.

Main Responsibilities:
Joining the IT Infrastructure & Platform team, the candidate will be responsible for managing, automating, and scaling the cloud infrastructure and enterprise application platforms, supporting software engineering and data science teams in adopting modern, reliable, and secure standards.
Specifically, the role involves:
Design & Operations: Designing, operating, and improving the reliability of a Kubernetes-based multi-tenant platform, with automated provisioning and strong namespace isolation.
CI/CD Automation: Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Docker, and Trivy, improving release automation, security scanning, and operational reliability.
API Integration: Integrating with external REST APIs (AWS, Scaleway, Keycloak) for secure token management, metadata updates, and automated service interactions.
