pWe are looking for a Procurement Specialist, within the Purchasing department, who will report to the Global Procurement Manager at the bMantova /b plant. ph3What you will do /h3ulliPlan and coordinate the supply of raw materials and packs with different suppliers to cover requested productions according to MRP and consumptions, and considering the specific factors of every supplier. /liliDaily follow up production and sourcing plan to ensure right stock and service level. /Also, considering contract levels negotiated by buyers. /liliCoordination and collaboration with Scheduling and Production planning teams to follow up productions plans and risk assessments. /liliManage proper set ups in the system to ensure an efficient and optimal sourcing plan.And place the PO’s in the system according to the alignments with suppliers. /liliSupervise and validate invoices not automatically approved by the system due to price/quantity differences. liliIn collaboration with the team, identify and implement new initiatives on processes and tools to continuous improving and growing. /liliAssure a collaborative approach and fluid communication with the team, suppliers and the different departments involved in daily tasks (Purchasing, SalesOp, Production Planning, Logistics, Formulation, Quality…). /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3ulliProven experience of two years in Procurement/Planning/Logistics . Experience in the petfood, food or FMCG industry is highly valuable, preferably in wet production environments. /liliKnowledge of Planning principles:



Stock level, coverage, order point, lead time /liliUniversity degree.
