About this vacancy

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Business development
- Creating and developing your own business unit
- Developing and managing your client portfolio
- Recruitment Identifying and recruiting the engineers who will be part of your team
- Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to find the best talents for TMC People management
- Managing your team of consultants (career management, monitoring, and coaching)
- Financial management
- Managing the budget and costs related to contract negotiations and salary proposals

What we expect from you

- Master's degree in engineering, economics, and scientific disciplines. Interest in business, consulting, and people management.
- You speak Italian and English fluently.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are dynamic, and have the ability to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team,



with a strong sense of challenge.
- You are organized and proactive in both commercial management and operational management.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €28,000, in line with what is established by the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to proposing a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, following an evaluation of the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may offer a final RAL higher than the amount indicated above.
