Wärtsilä in Italy is seeking a Systems Engineer – Modelling & Simulation to join our Systems Reliability team. You will bridge system architecture with MBSE and develop 1D/system-level models using GT-SUITE, Amesim or MATLAB/Simulink to support verification and design decisions.

The role is permanent with preferred locations in Trieste, Italy, or other Wärtsilä sites in Finland; some travel is expected and flexible hybrid work arrangements are available.
