About us
Glicine is a Tuscan company that brings together catering, event management and villa hospitality. Since 2017 we have helped couples and clients from all over the world plan weddings and private events in some of Tuscany’s most beautiful villas. We take care of every detail, from guest accommodation to the food, which comes from our own artisanal kitchen and the region’s culinary traditions.
Beyond events, the group includes Gastronomia Glicine, a B2B/HoReCa channel, and Itinere, our property management project for villa stays and experiences. We are growing, with new destinations coming soon in Val d’Orcia, Chianti and Florence.
The role
We’re looking for someone to be our clients’ first point of contact, from the first enquiry to the signed contract and all the way to the event itself. You’ll combine sales with client care and help turn a first conversation into an unforgettable experience.
What you’ll do
Handle incoming enquiries (email, web forms, platforms, wedding planners) with quick, personal replies
Prepare and present quotes for villa stays, catering and events
Run calls and site visits with couples and clients,



many of them international
Look after clients after booking: menus, tastings, logistics, payments and coordination with our operations team
Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, agencies and partners
Keep the CRM up to date and track the pipeline and conversion rates
Help develop new business for villas, groups and corporate clients
What we’re looking for
Experience in sales or client relations in events, weddings, hospitality or luxury
Fluent English, written and spoken; Italian and/or another language is a plus
Strong interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills
Precision, organisation and the ability to manage several clients at once
Availability on weekends and flexibility during peak season
A passion for Tuscany, good food and hospitality
