The role involves translating user needs into functional designs, managing product specifications, and supporting cross-functional teams within the Core Diagnostics Division.
Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert and define detailed requirements through interviews and workflow analyses
Assess end-user workflows and collect feedback during beta site implementations and product studies
Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs for development and implementation
Create and execute user acceptance test plans for software changes and enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders on feasibility, effort, and cost evaluation of requirements




Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
2–3 years of experience documenting requirements and supporting on-market products
2+ years defining process workflows, functional requirements, and user needs
Fluent in English (read, write, speak) with strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of laboratory environment and informatics solution deployment preferred
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Project, PowerPoint)
