The Role

We are seeking a Turin-area Sales Engineer to develop precision-manufacturing business with industrial customers in Italy and nearby European markets. This is a remote contract role with planned customer travel.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop industrial customers requiring MIM, CNC-machined, tooled, or finished metal components.
- Qualify RFQs and discuss drawings, materials, tolerances, annual demand, and project timing.
- Coordinate DFM, quotations, samples, technical reviews, and commercial follow-up with Yibi’s teams.
- Build relationships with engineering, sourcing, purchasing, and quality stakeholders.




- Maintain a focused opportunity pipeline and provide concise market and customer feedback.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of relevant technical sales, business development, application engineering, or precision-manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to discuss mechanical drawings, DFM, tooling, materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with MIM, CNC machining, tooling, powder metallurgy, or precision components is valuable.
- Professional Italian and English.
- Legal ability to provide contract services from Italy and willingness to travel for agreed customer meetings.
