ResponsabilitàOperational Flow & Capacity Steering: balance daily workload, ensure SOP compliance, monitor system health, and meet service targets
Complex Escalation Handling: serve as primary escalation point for complex process exceptions and root-cause analysis
Operational Guidance & Mentoring: set priorities, foster accountability, provide on-the-job technical guidance

Requisiti fondamentaliUniversity degree in relevant field with 5+ years of coordination experience in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, or Logistics
Experience leading projects and steering workflows
SAP experience and data literacy for capacity management and performance tracking
Full professional working proficiency in Italian and English
Proven ability to lead by influence and solve complex dependencies under pressure
