OverviewIn this role you help drive strategic initiatives within the Global Investment Management Function, focusing on governance, budgeting, and cost control.
You will coordinate PMO activities for GIM projects, align vendors and budgets, and support IT-related initiatives with Group IT and business stakeholders.
You contribute to the GIM budget, planning, forecasting, and investment governance updates, ensuring consistency with the Group's governance framework.
You work across international, cross-functional teams to deliver measurable project outcomes and enforce disciplined governance.
ResponsabilitàLead project management activities for strategic and transformational GIM projects, coordinating vendors and budget allocation
Coordinate operational activities and liaise with Group and Local stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery
Support GIM IT-related initiatives, coordinating with Group IT and business stakeholders
Assist in preparation and consolidation of the GIM Function budget from relevant stakeholders
Support planning/forecasting for general expenses and assist data analysis for management reporting




Contribute to updating the GIM investment governance framework (policies, guidelines, measures) ensuring alignment with the Group System of Governance
Monitor the implementation of investment governance documents across GIM processes and stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or Business Administration
Up to 2 years of experience in consulting, project management, governance or related roles
Excellent problem-solving (conceptual, analytical, quantitative)
Self-starter with ownership and accountability for deliverables
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in international contexts
Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
Knowledge of insurance or financial services sector is a plus
