ResponsabilitàLead the Italian QHSE function and provide strategic guidance to management and project teams
Ensure compliance with Italian QHSE legislation, company standards, contractual obligations and client requirements
Develop, implement and continuously improve the country's QHSE Management System (ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO ****)
Set QHSE priorities, objectives and improvement plans and monitor risks and gaps
Oversee QHSE performance across tendering, mobilization, construction and handover
Lead risk-based assurance programs: audits, inspections, incident investigations, emergency preparedness and corrective actions
Drive safe systems of work (RAMS, permit-to-work, lifting operations, work at height, electrical isolation)
Govern quality governance: Quality Plans, ITPs, supplier/material conformity and handover standards
Monitor nonconformities and trends,



conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive/corrective actions
Develop and manage the QHSE team, promote competence, knowledge sharing and worker participation
Provide QHSE performance reporting and risk visibility to leadership, clients and regulators
Represent the business during client, regulatory and certification audits and maintain relationships with authorities and partners
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline
?10 years of QHSE experience with exposure to construction health, safety, environmental and quality management
Experience in large-scale Solar PV, BESS, renewable energy, infrastructure or EPC projects
3+ years in country-level or multi-project leadership role
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary QHSE teams and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong knowledge of Italian OH&S; and environmental legislation
Excellent understanding of ISO *****, ISO ***** and ISO **** systems
Experience managing audits, incident investigations, root-cause analysis and high-risk activities
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize risks and manage QHSE across multiple projects
Fluent in Italian and English
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel domestically
