Mission: Ensure the accurate and timely execution of all accounting, monitoring, and investigation activities within the payments area, providing effective operational support and controls across the end-to-end payment lifecycle. Tasks and responsibilities:
- Monitoring post-payment requests from internal and external clients, reconciling manual outgoing payments, and collaborating with all relevant functions to resolve discrepancies and pending transactions
- Maintaining awareness of Middle Office Cash activities and the Bank’s organizational framework to support efficient and compliant operations
- Monitor the post payment requests received from both internal and external clients, providing controls and operational support where required
