Overview
In this role you will lead the hardware and silicon validation effort for Marvell's VCSEL-based optical interconnect program. You'll drive test platforms, boards, and measurement methods across multiple labs and sites, partnering with analog, DSP, digital, firmware, packaging, optics, and PCB teams. You will shape validation plans from first silicon to mass production and mentor a team of engineers. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the heart of a high-speed optical ecosystem.
