ResponsabilitàInstall, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Hitachi systems at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across electrical, mechanical, and software domains
Perform preventative maintenance and calibration to ensure reliability
Provide on-site technical training and guidance to customers
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and support teams to resolve escalations and provide feedback




Document diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and interactions accurately
Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely service
Follow safety policies and customer site regulations
Manage spare parts inventory and service tools
Participate in on-call rotations and travel as required
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years field service engineering experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software components
Proficiency reading manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time in field-based role
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
