Mission:Your role as an HR Intern will be far from one-dimensional: you’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, and you will have the opportunity to gain deeper general knowledge in the Human Resources field.Tasks and responsibilities:You will support in daily activities in the following HR fields:
- HR Administration (it will be a major dimension)
- Payroll (it will be a major dimension)
- Welfare & Compensation (you will perform operational tasks)
- Recruiting & Hiring (you will perform operational tasks)
Principles which will navigate you through the tasks mentioned above:
- Ensure all relevant documentation is produced timely
- Follow HR policies and craft HR procedures to ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery
