pWe are looking for a Secondary Distribution Coordinator to join our Secondary Distribution team in Italy, based in Legnano (Milan). Reporting to the Secondary Distribution Team Leader, this role will coordinate a network of external warehouse providers across Northern Italy, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, service, inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Working closely with our logistics service providers and internal stakeholders, you will monitor warehouse performance, analyze KPIs and operational data, and turn insights into concrete improvement actions. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, cost optimization and operational excellence across the warehouse network. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliCoordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations managed by external logistics providers (3PLs) /liliEnsure high service levels, inventory accuracy and operational performance across the external warehouse network /liliMonitor logistics performance through KPIs, business reviews and regular operational meetings /liliAnalyze operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities /liliDevelop reports and performance reviews to support data-driven decision making /liliDrive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity and service quality /liliBuild strong relationships with logistics providers and ensure effective performance management /liliCollaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transportation and other key stakeholders to optimize end-to-end logistics processes /liliSupport compliance with safety, quality, sustainability and operational standards /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent /liliExperience in warehouse operations,
