Reporting through the leadership team of Aon Business Solutions (ABS), this role is responsible for designing, orchestrating, and scaling the transformation of Aons enterprise operating model to enhance how we deliver value to clients, colleagues and carriers. You will translate enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure successful implementation at scale. /p p strongYour responsibilities will include: /strong /pulli Partnering with ABS leadership and senior collaborators to define vision, priorities, and roadmap for business model redesign, including benchmarks and value realization targets /lili Leading endtoend operating model design (capabilities, structures, governance, decision rights) and translating strategy into scalable, enterprisewide solutions /lili Applying structured consulting methodologies (problem framing, analytical reasoning, benchmarking, arguments) to inform decisionmaking /lili Orchestrating implementation across multiple workstreams, including pilots, scaling, governance setup, and alignment with regional and business needs /lili Building trusted relationships with executives, shaping the transformation narrative, and enabling effective governance, communication, and change adoption /li /ul p strongHow this opportunity is different /strong /p p Serving as a highimpact leadership role, this position is at the center of Aons global transformation agenda.
