You will join our bAI Community /b as a specialist tasked with identifying and labeling the physical world within 3D datasets, such as LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) and 3D meshes. While our Specialists handle complex physics and urban planning, you are the one who teaches the AI the "alphabet" of space—where a curb ends, where a pedestrian begins, and how a robotic arm perceives a shelf. At TELUS, you are helping to build the data foundation for autonomous vehicles, drones, and the industrial metaverse. /p h3What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) /h3 ul lib3D Bounding Box Annotation: /b Placing precise 3D cubes (bounding boxes) around objects in point-cloud data to help AI identify their size, location, and orientation in space. /li libSemantic Segmentation: /b "Painting" 3D maps to categorize different surfaces—distinguishing between a drivable road, a sidewalk, and a permanent obstacle. /li libPoint-Cloud Cleaning: /b Reviewing raw sensor data from self-driving cars or robots to remove "noise" (like rain or dust) so the AI sees a clear picture of reality. /li libSimulated Data Validation: /b Comparing AI-generated 3D environments against real-world captures to ensure the digital version is a faithful "twin" of the physical one. /li libSpatial Logic Testing: /b Answering simple questions about 3D scenes (e.g., "Is the drone's path clear of the overhead wire?") to validate the model's spatial reasoning. /li /ul h3What You Bring (Mandatory Qualifications) /h3 ul libEducation: /b Minimum of a bBachelor’s Degree in any field. /b (Preferred: Architecture, Geography, Graphic Design, Game Design, or STEM fields). /li libNative Language: /b bNative-level proficiency in your primary language is mandatory /b for labeling localized signage and environmental assets correctly. /li libEnglish Proficiency:
