The main responsibility of this role is to serve guests' needs by providing expert knowledge of food menu items, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, as well as information regarding preparation methods. Guests enjoy revolving signature in-house, dry aged steaks, house made pastas, and dishes featuring the bounty of the Gulf Coast - all crafted with exceptional technique and warm, genuine hospitality. /ph3What You Will Do: /h3ulliCreate a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, and information about menu items and preparation methods. /liliCommunicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sale system; check completed orders with the guest's original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions.
